Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We replace defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange, please email us at support@pickngos.shop.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
